QuickBooks Online Constant Extension Prompting

I've seen multiple threads on this topic, but no solution. When using QuickBooks online, I'm constantly being prompted for identity updates. This makes invoicing difficult. I also have this issue in QuickBooks Time, which makes entering time a challenge. I use the hide option, but it doesn't help. Has any solution been found for this? Or a workaround?

    I'm sorry about the problem you are running into with 1Password. So that I can take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing, I’d like to request that you send me some information to support+forum@1Password.com. With your email, please include the following:

    1. Navigate to the page exhibiting the behaviour.
    2. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select Help > Collect Page Structure.
    3. 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
    4. Attach the file to your email.
