Multi steps login form & 2FA code copied to clipboard
Hey there!
1Password is to me almost a perfect password manager. But, when using it on Android (Google Pixel), there is something that really annoy me from time to time: 1Password seems to not handling multi steps login form.
Here is a not uncommon example:
1. I try to login on a website on which I've enabled 2FA authentication.
2. I've set up the 2FA code generation in 1Password.
3. Step 1 of the login form (on mobile) only shows a single "email/pseudo/login" field.
4. Most commonly, the password field comes next, after the first step is passed, and then the 2FA validation.
Current behavior:
1. I arrive on the first step of login form.
2. 1Password autofill the email (or whatever) input.
3. In the same time, 1Password automatically copies in the clipboard the 2FA code.
4. I arrive on the second step of the login form.
5. The password filed is not autofilled and because I've something on my clipboard, Android doesn't allows me to directly access my password manager.
6. So I need to manually open the 1Password app. Go finding the right credential and copy the password. Come back to the login form. Paste the password and move to the next step, where what have been copied in my clipboard is eventually useful.
Expected behavior:
Could it be possible to identify login form that contains only on "login" field? And, in that specific case, don't copy to the clipboard the 2FA code?
Or maybe trying to identify login form that does not contain visible password field?
Thank you!
