Can not sign to web

Hello!

I was able use my 1Password App, but when I try sign in at browser I get Error

Can’t sign in.
TypeError: TypeError: Load failed

At the another family account I can sign in but get error

Failed to load vaults.
This action is not permitted.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 15.2
Browser: Safari

    I'm not encountering any troubles here. I'd suggest checking another internet option such as cellular and see if the trouble continues. If it does, please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question.
