“Recent attempt was cancelled” error on Recovery

I am switching to a new phone and cannot for the life of me seem to remember my passcode to log in to my vault as I usually use FaceID. I set up a Recovery key on my old iPhone as I can still log in to my vault, but when I go to use it online, I just get an error of “Recent attempt was cancelled.” I’ve tried waiting 12 hours, generating a new Recovery key, and trying on different browsers and machines, all with no luck.

    @ag_tommy, do you know what the lead time on a reply typically is? Was hoping to get back into my account today as my old phone has stopped connecting to 1Password now as well.
