Trying to log back into an account I cancelled but don't have my authenticator app
Hello,
I cancelled my 1Pass Family account but forgot that my wife was still using her account. So I was trying to restart the the account so she could access it, and have run into an issue logging back in. I have my password and secret key, however I set it up with 2-factor using an authenticator app that was on my phone which I only used for a couple of other accounts, and eventually got rid of it, so I don't have the ability to do the 2nd factor anymore. But there doesn't seem to be any option for getting around this on the website. Is there a way to get around this via contacting 1Password directly? I've sent them a tweet, but haven't gotten any response as of yet, so wondering how long that normally takes or if there's a more direct/less public way of contacting them?
