Secure Note disappeared

One of my secure notes disappeared. Is there some back up mechanism that allows me to recover it. HELP (it was a bunch of padlock combinations :-( )

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

    1. Are you syncing via Dropbox?
    2. Are you syncing with 1Password for Mac or Windows?

    Please let me know.

    Does the Secure Note show up in 1Password for Windows?

    If not, try this:

    1. Select Backup > Back Up 1Password Data… from the menu bar in 1Password for Windows.
    2. Select Backup > Restore 1Password Data From Backup and choose the backup with a creation date just before the one you created in step one.
    3. If you don't see the Secure Note there, try the next oldest backup. You may need to go back just a but until you see it.
    4. Then copy the note.
    5. Restore the backup you made in step one.
    6. Paste the note into your current data file.

    That did it! :-bd 10q wary mulch. It saved me digging through my trash basket looking for a paper record #:-S .
