Fill "pop" Animation in 1P v4 [Main App's Prefs > Browser]

There was an option in v.3.x allowed us to disable the fill "pop" animation.

How do we turn off this fill "pop" animation w/ 1P v4? I can't seem to find an option to disable it.

In Settings > Browser there's a checkbox that says Animate Form Filling. Just uncheck that and it should disable the pop.
