First congrats on reaching 4.0 :)
So, clicking the extension button in Safari 6.0.5 (8536.30.1) pops the text field to enter the master p/w. However there's a glitch in that it is almost fully transparent thus impossible to see and type in the p/w.

Once unlocked it appears normally afterwards:

Thank for the congrats, @Franko. There's plenty more reaching ahead. :)

Obviously that doesn't look right at all. Even the menu icons are missing in the second image, which might be a clue to what's happening in the first image. Do you see basically the same thing when you open 1P mini from outside Safari, similar to what @nev reported elsewhere?

Right now I've only got a hunch what could be causing this and want to collaborate with our team about it. Hopefully we'll have a fix for you soon!

Seems to get fixed after a couple of restarts.

Going to reboot (this will be 3rd time since updating 1PW to v4 and applying 10.8.5 supp1 :)
Will get back if anything has changed.

Well tickle me hard and call me Pinky; rebooting a 4th time set everything back to normal :o Extra thanks to @nev.
Clearly with OSX I've forgotten the need to reboot after installing software; time to bring rebooting action back to the forefront.

Tickle me soft and don't call me Brain? :)

'Tis a puzzler, though (wild guess) maybe it has something to do with a combination of caching and sandboxing? Seems MAS apps are more prone to exhibiting mysterious temporary misbehavior. Glad it "resolved itself" with a few restarts!

I had this in Chrome initially, as well as multiple images in the actual App not loading.
    However, after rebooting that stopped.

I'm still having recurring issues with this.

  • Hi @benguild,

Where did you buy 1Password 4 from and did you ever use our betas?
