I changed my Adobe Creative Suite password cause, well… they advised me to do this.
First I manually changed my 1Password item… but 1P kept pasting my old password, so login failed each time. So I deleted my original 1P item, logged it to creative.adobe.com and let 1P generate a new item.
Now every time I login to Adobe Creative Cloud using the completely fresh and new 1P item it gives me a popup if I want to 'update this existing login?'
It doesn't matter if I click 'not now' or 'update'… the popup shows up every time.

This is a bug in our extension, we're investigating to have this fixed.
Another user reported this here.
We'll get it fixed as soon as possible.
