How do I keep 1Password 4 running and in dock?
I noticed this morning that 1Password 4 is not in my dock even though I have it configured to start when I login. I realized later that closing 1Password not only closes the window, it exits the app. How do I keep 1Password4 running and in my dock so that I can switch to it when tapping Cmd+Tab?

I prefer to use the full 1Password app / window as opposed to the new mini version. Can we get a shortcut key / preference defined that will open the full 1Password window?

Hi, @jkwuc89. Thanks for the questions.
When the main 1P4 window is closed the application will quit. You can Hide or Minimize the window to keep it out of the way while 1P4 remains running.
One way to add a keyboard shortcut to open 1P, is by using Automator to create a Service that launches it and assign that Service a keyboard shortcut. In the future it might be possible to open 1P4 main from 1P4 mini (similar to in 1P3) and then a shortcut might be available for that.
