Wifi sync 1Password4(ios) compatibility with 1Password3(OS X)

When Wifi sync 1password4(ios) is re-implemented back into the ios app, will it be able to sync with 1Password3(OS X) on the desktop?

If you need to sync 1Password 3 for Mac via Wi-Fi and have previously purchased 1Password 3 for iOS, you can take that route. Unfortunately, both Wi-Fi sync solutions have been designed differently so they are not interchangeable.
