In v3, I really liked the black/yellow stripes across the top. It was a big visual cue that an item has unsaved changes. I'd REALLY like to see that restored! :)

I can easily see someone like my mom not saving a change as a result of this feature's absence. If it's not universally liked, maybe it could be a preference?

    Hi @1pw80,

    Thanks for the feedback, it is difficult to see that an item is in the edit mode at first glance, and we'll see what we can do to add some kind of visual cue in a future update.
