I have been using 1Password for years now, this is the first time that I have been so frustrated by a major upgrade. When I use 1Password I expect it to work, no matter what I did it would not fill in the password, fortunately I managed to retrieve V.3 from the trash and will reinstall it.

I may go to v.4 when it works, pity I paid for it....Next year...maybe

    I entered '127.0.0.1' to Sophos, now 1P4 working. Apologies for my earlier rant, Agilebits now forgiven:)

    I'm glad you were able to get the 1P4 upgrade working, @macabee. I'm sorry it started as a frustrating experience. No harm done with a bit of ranting about it along the way. :)
