Feature request: Smart Folder "does not contain" tag

There is still no support for a smart folder to exclude specific tags. I think that could be very valuable. (I, for instance, use an "archive" tag to old entries and it would be great to filter those out).

    Isn't Tag (is not) archive sufficient for that case?
