Adding an attachment to a bank account

Hi,

I fail to add an attachment to a bank account. As soon I press the save button, I receive an error message, that the process could not be completed successfully. Here you can find the log details:

Hi, @Yavuz.

Are you able to successfully add attachments to item types in other categories or does it only fail with Bank Account items? Does the problem still occur after restarting 1P4? And your system? Which versions of 1P4 (MAS or web version?) and OS X are you running?

I have tried different item types with different types, but I always fail to attach the file. I have already restarted 1P4 and my system. My 1P4 version is Version 4.0 (400200) and I use Mountain Lion ( 10.8.5 ).
