Lost all data

Hi,
I downloaded 1Password4 from the Mac store yesterday. It worked perfectly. I set it to use iCloud sync. I checked the Safari extension and it worked great. Tonight I went to use it and the Safari extension wasn't working so I opened the 1Password4 app and found that all my data was gone! The backup and restore do not seem to work. I am running 10.8.5 All that I can see in my 1PW4 app is some numbers that don't open when clicked. All my data still exists in 1PW3. Please Help.
