where is the 1PW4 Chrome extension?

all i'm finding is version 3; that's what's in the Chrome store. i've uninstalled & restarted; that doesn't update. very irritating to have to use the Mini to copy & type in logins. i'm just looking for either the extension's location or missing instructions to update the v3. not finding anything that works. thanks.
