Open and Fill Not Working

I was running Beta 4 and I am now running 1PW4 on a MacBook downloaded from the MacStore - Version 4 (400200). Since upgrading I have noticed that Open and Fill is not working for log ons saved prior to the update. If I save a new login, it works fine. How can I resolve this issue? I would be happy to do a complete re-install (if I knew how); obviously, I am keen to retain my data file. Grateful for your advice.

    Are you still having this problem after updating to the latest 1P4 browser extension (4.0.1) released a couple days ago? If so, can you mention which version of browser(s) you're using? Also, please check this guide to see if any of the suggestions are helpful:

    Are 1P browser browser extensions automatically updated by the browser?

    Hi @DavidB,

    Yes, the browsers handle the updates automatically for you in the background. Sometime, they do have issues, so it's best to check the version number. It should be at 4.0.1 by now.
