Keep getting "The operation could not be completed."
I consistently get the following error:
"The operation could not be completed.
No other information is available about the problem"
I especially get it when I try to fill out a new Bank Account and I attempt to attach a file. I can create the account and fill in the details, but I am unable to attach anything because of this error.
I also get the error every once in a while when I try to perform other operations.
Any thoughts?

Turns out this is actually a much more pervasive problem - right now I can't attach ANY graphics files (.jpg, .pdf, etc.) to ANY of my items. I can attach text files without any problem.
This is a huge problem - I really need to be able to do this.

Having exactly the same issue. Only difference is that I'm trying to attach a file to a Secure Note. Any thoughts?
Is this a known issue?0 -
I managed to solve this by dragging the file onto the 'attach file button' instead of pressing it and trying to select a file.
Definitely a bug though.

Hi guys,
This sounds like the sandboxing bug that was in 1Password 4.0. Can you update to 1Password 4.0.3 that's available in the Mac App Store's Updates section and see if attaching files work now?

I am also having a problem that is returning the message "The operation could not be completed. No other information is available about the problem"... my iPhone and desktop Mac are synching fine via Dropbox, but my Macbook Air running Mavericks refuses to synch as per the message kga1978 is receiving. Tried resetting Synch settings several times, and rebooting. This is very disappointing. I have relied on 1Password for years, and it has never done anything like this. This is very disappointing and frustrating.

Hi @JamesHaskell,
I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we experienced a surge in support requests recently. We're doing the best we can to get back to our usual speedy replies as soon as possible.
Our developers have been doing a great job squashing bugs lately. Please make sure that you have the latest and greatest version of 1Password: 4.1.2 for purchasers from the Mac App Store, and 4.1.3 for users who purchased directly from our website.
If you're on the latest version of 1Password are are still seeing this error, I'd like to take a closer look at your system. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report from your MacBook Air?
Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
