Refund request : 1password 4.0 from the MAC store

hi i am so disappointed on the 1password 4.0. Functions are missing like right click menu with auto filled and 1password locking up when restarting.

I want to request for refund .

please let me know how to do that

Hi, David. I'm really sorry that 1Password 4 hasn't been working well for you.

If you'd do prefer a refund for the MAS version of 1P4 for Mac you'll need to directly contact Apple, as explained in this article:

Before doing that, please let us know if there's anything we can still do to help resolve any trouble you're having, including:

• why does the 1password kept auto locking ?
• Right click menu not working properly

You could also first try switching to the web store version for free and see if that works better.
