Support overcrowded
As a longterm 1P user, I had a license for the Mac.
Some years ago I changed email address.
I lost the 1P3 license information and tried to retrieve it, but only got my KNOX license.
Contacting support resulted in a standard mail about 1P4, and that support was overcrowded.
Isn't there an administrative contact email address to solve my problem more rapidly?
I want to upgrade to 1P4 from your site!

No, there isn't a separate email address, such emails are handled by the same customer service team. A lot of folks are in the same situation, they're emailing because they can't get into the old email account.
Can you PM me your old email address and your full name. I'll try to locate your old license and update it with your current email address listed in your profile here.
