1Password4 … what is really new and feature-complete?
Given the number of years that separate 1Password4's release from 1Password3's, I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed with the state of 1Password4. I mean, it looks really nice, but it seems only incrementally better in some respects and worse in others. For example, basic features such as saving updated passwords -- which was in 1Password2 (?) and was removed, I believe, in 1Password3 -- still don't work correctly and it's more important than ever given the new "audit" feature. New logins continue not to be noticed for various web sites (non-flash). The strong password generator appears to have serious flaws in terms of truly "random" string generation. Wifi local sync has been brought back and iCloud sync added -- woohoo! Vaults seem unfinished (no easy move of items from one to the other, for example) and consequently so is sharing (why not on a per-item basis?).
