Is v4.3 sync working properly for anyone, either iCloud or Dropbox?
There are at least two threads here where Dropbox and iCloud syncing is reported to be broken:

There are some similar comments in both threads about working once after boot or install and spinning cogwheels.
I have four iOS devices and on every one of them v4.3 fails to sync using iCloud.
On all four, reverting to 4.2.7 has restored syncing.
However since this 4.3 problem is not as universal as the the problems the Dropbox problems with the desktop version of the MAS 1Password, I am still concerned whether the iOS 4.3 problem is fixable, and I am in a minority.
Can anyone who is confident that 4.3 is working properly chip in, especially if they used any tricks to get it working.
The various symptoms I see are endless spinning cog when trying to launch 1P, no response to clicking "sync now", changes not appearing in iOS, but on all four they did sync once after initial install.
