1Password Anywhere Issues + 1PW 4 on iOS

Hey guys,

Not having a great day with 1Password :(

I'm using the non-MAS version of 1Password. All versions up to date on both Mac and iOS.

I've been suffering from the recent Dropbox syncing issues. I tried to fix a few of them, including starting over on iOS. I've tried completely starting over, letting everything sync and some of my info doesn't appear. Some passwords will show up, but others appear as if nothing was ever entered. I tried ~thightower's suggestions of restarting the phone to see if that would help, but no luck.

I then wanted to be sure I hadn't actually lost any data, so I logged in to Dropbox and tried using the 1Password.html file. I get these two warnings when trying to open up 1Password Anywhere:


I now fear that my 1Password database is royally messed up. I know that in 1Password 3 there was an option to repair the database. Is there any such option in 4?

I'm at a loss here and have already lost multiple passwords as a result of the syncing issues recently. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so things are looking up.

I followed the instructions found from this post, which came from the following thread:

The part to note here is that my 1Password path was set to

~/Dropbox/Sync/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain

By changing it back to the root

~/Dropbox/1Password

everything seemed to resolve itself for now.
