Disfunction -- Browser extension and 1P Mini Safe unreacheable
Hello,
I Just Bought 1Password 4 for Mac but i have somme troubleshooting with the browser extensions.
I already used 1Password3 for mac and uninstall it before i install the new version.
When installing the new version, only master app works but the browser extension didn't work anymore ( it works with 1P3).
I tried it on several browser but the result is the same.
I joined some captures of my screen.
Thanks for support.

Have you updated your browser extensions to the latest versions? Version 3 of the browser extensions don't work with 1P4.

You could try restarting Mini: Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password Mini. (Sorry I can't translate that in to French but it's easy to find.)
Edit: also reboot if you have not done that since installation.

ok, i just made the restart for Mini and it seems to work. I also reboot and restart 1Password but browser extensions will not work on any browser.

You need to make sure you uninstall the old Safari extension (I'm assuming you're using Safari). The list of extension (visible through the Safari Preferences) should only list the v4 version of the extension.
It could be that the problem lies with the 1Password mini though. Which version of 1Password are you using (Agile store or Mac App Store)? Are you also using the beta? DO you have more than one copy of the app on your Mac?

The oldest extensions are deleted. I'm using the app store app and not using the beta. No i have not more than one copy. I guess it's my uninstallation that cause problem but where ?

Hi @guymauve0,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties getting the extensions to work in 1Password 4. I'd also like to apologize for the delay in responding here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're working hard to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
I think the quickest way to get to the bottom of this is to take a closer look at your system. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

Hello Megan,
Thanks for your reply. I already sent a mail to the support a few days ago (before posting on the forum).
But there no problem anymore. I upgraded to mavericks yesterday and the miracle appears. It works fine without any strange disfunction.
Thanks for support.
