App Store -> Family License?

I was so excited when 1Password 4 for the Mac was released that I downloaded it from the App Store before realizing that I needed a Mac Family License. Can I somehow apply my $39.99 towards a Family License?

    I do not know the exact EULA but you can install the MAS version on several Macs as long as they have the same MAS account ;)

    Hi @pappelope,

    There's a discussion about that here with all sorts of links and details, but essentially @mgshoutman is right: to get the equivalent of a family license through the Mac App Store, you can login to your family's Macs with your AppleID and download 1Password for them. :)
