Chrome extension opening other extensions when executing

This isn't specific to 1P 4, it was happening in previous versions as well.

Every time I click on a login in 1P Mini or the Chrome extension and it executes it pops up the felicious chrome extension.

    We're not able to recreate this on our end. Could you provide a bit more detail about this issue?
