do i need to purchase additional downloads for multiple devices

in Mac

purchased/downloaded 1password for mac to my macbook pro (from the agile bits site; not mac apps). i understand that i can sync to my ipad and iphone from my mac, but how do i actually get the software on these devices? do i need to purchase additional software?

    I assume you're using 1P4 on your MacBook. In that case you need 1P4 for iOS on your iPad and iPhone. (You need buy it only once from the App Store and can then put it on both devices, assuming you use the same Apple ID for both.)

    Hi @hillsf,

    The 1Password 4 for iOS is a separate purchase, you can grab it at Apple's iOS App Store. Once you do that, you can then sync between 1Password for OS X and iOS over Dropbox, iCloud, and/or Wi-Fi. The instructions are provided here for OS X and for iOS.
