App icons in center column

Since not many apps seem to have rich icons, is there a way to turn off the icons all together in the center column? If I had a choice of viewing the default A icon with the pencil over and over or viewing nothing, I'd take nothing!

    Hi @jw34,

    We're working on getting our rich icon database updated and full of lovely colourful icons just as soon as possible, but I do understand your impatience. Unfortunately, while you can disable rich icons (in Preferences > General) there is no way to turn off icons altogether.

    You can, however, add your own custom icons when you edit an entry. Just drag the icon (or any image you choose!) over the standard keyhole icon to replace it.

    I hope this helps, but I'll pass your suggestion to add a 'no icon' option along to the designers all the same. :)
