"Failed to unlock" error...

I'm trying to update from version 3 to 4 - and in the process something went wrong. Now when I'm asking it to use my keychain from Dropbox it's giving me an error that says "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile". What do I need to do?

    Hi, Rachel.

    I'm sorry you're having a problem with unlocking 1P4 after upgrading. Have you tried logging out and back in again or restarting your system to see if it works after that? Also, make sure you don't run 1Password 3 and 1Password 4 at the same time since they could be interfering with each other.

    If that's not helpful could please tell us the full location of your Dropbox keychain? For example, it might be something like:

    /Users/rachel/Dropbox/1Password/1Password.keychain
    

    Finally, you might also check if you're able to unlock/access your 1Password keychain using 1PasswordAnywhere on the Dropbox site, as explained here:
