Multiple Bank Log-Ins
Hi - I've followed instructions for multiple bank log-ins. My problem is that for my bank, after first page, there is a second page with TWO log in fields. Even though I have created three separate password for each box, 1Password tries to log me in with only the first saved password on the second page, thus making the third password unusable because it's on the same page. Solution anyone please?

Hi, @Sair. I'm sorry that bank site's multi-page/field login is causing trouble for you and 1Password. Can you mention which specific site (URL) it is? Maybe I can test it here or at least look for an alternative login method you can sucessfully use.
There's some information about multi-field logins here that might be helpful:
Login forms with 3 fields no longer working
But if not …
It sounds like you've already created a Login item that works with the first page so we'll focus on the second page/item. In the main 1P4 app please select the non-working item Login item you have for the second page and press
Show web form details
to display those fields, looking something like this:Which fields do you see there (username, password, etc.)?
If possible, could you also post an image of the second login page (masking any personal info) showing the form fields that need to be filled there?
Or if you'd rather do this through email please contact us at support+forum@agilebits.com (with a link to this topic for context) and we'll be glad to help you out there.
Thanks!

Hi - the URL for the SECOND page log in is https://retail.santander.co.uk/LOGSUK_NS_ENS/ChannelDriver.ssobto?dse_operationName=LOGON and I attach a screen shot of the fields. Passcode field default is letters and numbers. Registration number field default is numbers only. I have tried to make 3 log ins for this site in 1Password and all three only show a password (no username) when when form details are shown. (I don't know if this is relevant but I also use Trusteer for browser security against malware.)

Thanks for the additional information and images, @Sair.
Presumably Santander Passcode (2) is a Login item you've manually saved that isn't working on the site's Step 2 page (which is inaccessible to me without a valid Personal ID for the Step 1 page). To confirm, when selecting
Show web form details
for that item it only contains a single password field (like in your image)? That would definitely be the source of your problem; I'm checking on what might be done to fix it.0 -
Yes. On each 'Show Web Form Details' only a password (no username) is visible. Thank you for your assistance. For now, putting a separate record for all three fields in 1Password seems to have eliminated my pop-up problems, letting me sign in manually without interference and frustration. I hope a solution to the 'two sign-ins on one page' can be found.

Hi, @Sair.
So after filling in multiple fields and manually saving a Login item on the Step 2 page the new item only has a single web form password field?
It should be possible to autofill all fields on each page using one unique Login item per page. I apologize if I'm misunderstanding the problem you're having.
I see @Oxon has an autosubmit issue with https://retail.santander.co.uk:
The first of 2 login screens doesn't auto submit (the second one does).
But it sounds like he has a working Login item for its second page (screen). I'll send him a Personal Message (including you on it) asking if he'd like to collaborate on helping to resolve your problem.
