Lost information in Notes field
Since upgrading to v4 I have found that various information that was in the notes section of a login has not been retained.
I also don't like the fact that this other information is not accessible from the browser app. This is particularly annoying when making one of the complex logins for a bank that asks for different information at every log it.
Version 3 was much easier to use - version 4 is not really much of an improvement!

I'm sorry to hear that you are missing some notes. Is this consistent across all your logins, or are you only noticing this omission in certain ones? If you still have 1Password 3 installed on your Mac I'd be happy to help you restore from a backup to see if we can't get all your data transferred and intact.
You're right, currently note data is not available in 1Password Mini. We made this decision was made to keep the Mini simple and uncluttered. But I'll be sure to pass along to our developers that you miss this feature (you're certainly not the only one!)

I don't have 1Password3 still installed - if I remember rightly it was suggested that uninstalling it was a good idea?
The whole layout of 1Password4 is not nearly as user friendly - see my second paragraph.
I am very rapidly considering going back to Datavault

Basically the bug - and it is a bug - seems to be in all versions of 1Password 4 except the mobile app. What are called "Saved Form" details in the mobile app have been transferred from the previous version but what are called "Web Form Details" in the main app have not - only some of the fields are accessible and the data cannot be seen.
This is surely a major problem and I would expect some immediate response please - you have been pitifully slow so far!

I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.
I would like to thank you for writing back with some more details. The "Web Form Details" are the actual information that 1Password uses to fill online forms. These details are visible if you click the "Web Form Details" button when you edit an item. Can you not access this information at all? Or are you seeing missing information when you review it? It's certainly a good sign that you are able to access this information via the mobile app - despite the different names, it's the same data.
Please check to see if the information you are looking for is accessible by pressing the "Web Form Details" button. I'll be sure to monitor this thread closely so that you don't end up waiting days for a response again.
