Keep getting warning about 1Password 3.5.1 not compatible with Safari
I have updated to the latest version of 1Password, version 4.05 on a Mac mini running 10.8.5 and Safari 6.1, I recently migrated from a PPC Mac mini to an Intel Core2Duo. Anyway, every time I start up Safari, it warns me that 1Password 3.5.1 is not compatible with Safari 6.1. This despite removing both the old app and the extension. The warning gives me the option to not see it again, but I'd much rather find the root cause.
Here is the relevant entries in the log:

Hi, @cstumpf750. Sorry you're having trouble with Safari being grouchy about 1Password 3.5.1 for some reason.
The quickest way to determine what's causing that and how you can fix it is by sending us a Diagnostics Report; instructions are here:
Sending us your Diagnostics Report to help us help you!
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forum, but please do include a link to this topic in your email so we can "connect the dots" when we receive it. Thanks!
