Login records screen format

While it's nice to be able to customize the format of a log in screen....is there a way to standardize them for all logins and then just edit the ones you want to change or do you literally have to customize them one login at a time? Wow that could take months!

Why don't you create a dummy login with the fields as you want them and then right click on it to "Duplicate" it, thus using it as a template for each new login you want? Or have I misunderstood your question?

Duh! Great idea...thanks. I still wish we could move logins to different catagories.

    Hi @BLS,

We're looking into ways to make moving items into different categories easier in the future. For now, I'm glad to hear that Stephen's suggestion was helpful to you! :)

Well it'e now April 2014 is there a way of changing categories? I have just imported over 500 passwords from last pass that have been categorised incorrectly is there an easy way to do this yet?

    Hi Charlie,

I do apologize for the inconvenience here. While this issue is definitely still on our radar, I don't have any information right now on if or when a feature like this will be implemented. To organize your database now, I suggest you make use of our anchor feature:

    • Find the entry you would like to move in 1Password Mini.
    • View the entry's details and click the anchor button in the bottom left of the pane
    • The entry's details are 'pinned' to your screen so you can easily copy and paste into a new entry in the main app.

I wish I had a better answer for you right now, but I hope this will make your life a bit easier in the meantime! :)
