I can't figure how to get 1PW4 to populate the User ID field for my bank account. It used to work just fine before upgrading to Marvericks and/or Non MAS version - 4.0.7 (407005).

    Hi, @jmb679. I'm sorry you're having trouble getting 1P4 to fill the User ID on your bank account site.

    Please try creating a new Login item for that site with these instructions:

    Saving a new Login manually

    After confirming that new item is working you can delete the original item that isn't working so you won't get them confused.

    If that doesn't help please post the URL of the site so I can figure out what you can do to fix the problem. Thanks!
