wi-fi sync not working

Macbook (10.9 Mavericks) running 1P4.0.9
iPhone 4S (iOS 7.0.3) running 1P4.3.1

When I follow the directions, I see the "Wi-Fi Sync Help" default message on the iPhone and the "Refresh List" button. No computers to select, no secret displayed. Both devices on the same WiFi network, Firewall disabled on the MacBook.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting Wi-Fi sync set up! I think the easiest way to sort this out is to get a bit more information on your system. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
