Automatically filling in software version number

In v3, when creating a new entry for a new software serial number, 1P would automatically fill in the software's version number (as long as the software was already installed). As far as I can tell v4 doesn't do that. Will that be coming back in a future build? It was very useful for remembering what version was originally installed. Thanks.

    As known issues says:

    Currently unable to automatically create Software Licenses by dragging and dropping apps into 1Password.

    noting the word Currently, I should imagine it reasonable to suppose the feature will be along in due course. ;) You're certainly not alone in wanting it.

    From the 4.0.7 release notes:

    Added option to add or update Software Licenses by dragging and dropping apps to 1Password dock icon.

    The version number is also correctly filled.
