Starting Over (Completely!)

I installed 1Password 4 then made a bit of a mess setting up. Since I had hardly entered any data, I decided to start from scratch and uninstall.

However, i don't seem to have uninstalled properly. The application does not seem to exist on my Mac anymore but when I go to the App Store it says 1Password is installed.

Anyone have any idea what to do? I literally want to start again from step 1.
