Just purchased and installed 1Password for Mac on my desktop, and iOS devices.
On my desktop, when I try to Backup, I get the following message:
"1Password failed to create a backup: Error Domain=com.agilebits.onepassword.Error…"
The alert appears the same way a new email or reminder would as a small pop-up box at the top right of my screen. It only displays the above and I don't even know what the rest of the error says.
Is there a log somewhere I can check?
More importantly what do I do so I can make backups?
TIA,
John

Try restarting 1Password mini (Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password mini).

I tried shutting 1P down, no good. Then I rebooted. Now I can back up.
    Thank you Stephen.
Should have thought of that myself, after all these year, or Repair Permissions, etc., all the normal stuff.

Sorry for the follow up question, I think I read that the backup .zip files are not encrypted? Is this correct?
    TIA,
    John :-/

Backups made by 1P4 are encrypted.
