Two Problems: Will not autofill in Safari and 4.0.9 will not install on my system.

When I try to install 4.0.9, I continually get the message that "validation failed" and it will not install. 1Password will no longer automatically fill anything in Safari. I have read all the FAQ, and cannot find a solution to my problems. Does anyone have help on this. Seems like there's a lot of problems in the new version??

    I have upgraded to Mavericks 10.9. I am using 1Password 4.0.7. I have a MacPro 2011 8 Core 24 Gig RAM. Extensions are turned on in Safari. And I have read all the Data in your FAQ. I still cannot get 1Password to automatically fill data. Any suggestions.
