Duplicate Passwords Audit - Showing Both Password and Login

I am looking at the Password Audit for Duplicate Passwords and seeing a false positive - generated "Passwords" and "Login" are listed together as a duplicate. Why is there a duplication? Shouldn't generation of passwords just update the login? Am I missing something? Is there an easy way just to merge these?

    Hello, I noticed the same thing. I just upgraded from 3 to 4. I don't remember having both "Logins" and "Passwords" under Categories. The information in the Passwords list is the same as the Logins list just missing the usernames. Can I just trash the Passwords items? I screen shot the list.

    The Passwords category generally stores generated passwords not linked to saved logins. If you right click on it and choose Remove Redundant 1Password will scan and remove from Passwords any passwords that have exactly the same password and login URL as a saved login. (You can do the same thing by going to Help > Tools > Remove Redundant Generated Passwords.)
