starting at boot up?

Is there a way to get 1password started at boot up automatically?

sorry if its a duplicate question; I could not find it.

    You could try adding it to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items. I've not tried it so am not sure if it works.

    @davereed, I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish by adding 1Password to your login items. 1Password has a preference to "Always keep 1Password mini running." That results in mini starting up each time my computer boots up, and all the features of the application become available from there. Doesn't putting the main application into login items just bring up the main screen and its prompt for the master password?

    I'm not trying to be critical of your approach, I'm just various about it.

    Like @hawkmoth, I'm also curious why you prefer to open the main 1P4 app during login instead of just having1P mini available.
