iCloud sync not syncing between iPhone and Macs

I am using iCloud to sync between 2 iPhones and 3 Macs. One of the Macs is not syncing changes. I switch to iCloud because Dropbox sync wasn't working after updating to 1Password 4. What can I do to get this up and running?

    I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.

    Our developers have been doing a great job squashing bugs lately, so please check to see that you have 1Password updated to the latest version. For users who purchased 1Password from the Mac App Store the most recent version is 4.0.8, and 4.0.9 is the latest version for those who purchased directly from our website.

    If you are up-to-date and you're still seeing issues, I have a few very simple things I'd like you to test first. Please ensure that you are logged in with the same iCloud account on all computers and devices and that iCloud is enabled. I'd also like you to try restarting your Mac to see if that doesn't kickstart iCloud.
