Old vault passwords stored in cloud causing sync issues
I lost/forgot my original master password. I have deleted/reinstalled across all platforms( iPhone 4S ,iPad air, MBP) each time disabling the iCloud data sync. I have also deleted password data in cloud storage. I establish a new master password on the Mac, but when I try to open on the iOS devices it asks for the master password. The newly created master password does not work. I get a message saying that onepassword has detected data in the cloud. How can I ensure that everything in the cloud is deleted and just start over. I have no real data stored yet.

On 1P4 iOS you can go to Settings > Advanced and erase data. For iP4 for Mac see this knowledge base article on starting over..
