Hi,
I have 1PW on a pc(ver 1.0.9.338), an ipad Air(ver 4.3.2) and an iMac(ver 4.0.5).
My question is, why does the secure note field on my iMac appear empty ?
The secure notes do show up on my pc and ipad Airs.

Apologies if this is already an ongoing topic !

Thanks for any advice.

I'm sorry that I can't give you an answer but in order to help you someone will ask you how you are syncing the three machines so it would be helpful to know that.

Hi Stephen, I thought of the syncing part just after I left this computer…
I sync through Dropbox. Have had this iMac since January so it's not a new problem.
    Hope this helps.

    Thanks

Hi, Me again..also realized that you may need to know the os of the imac.
It is still running OS X ver 10.8.5

    Hi @gglaze8,

I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.

Since you've made your original post, there has been an update to 1Password - please make sure that your iMac is updated to the latest version: 4.0.8 for purchasers from the Mac App Store, and 4.0.9 for users who purchased directly from our website.

If you are still seeing this after updating, I'd love a bit more information on the situation:

    • Which 'secure note field' is empty? If you are able to send in a screenshot it would be very helpful! There are instructions on how to take a screenshot here: http://take-a-screenshot.org/
    • Is this in the main app or just in the 1Password Mini?

The more information you can provide, the quicker we'll be able to track this down. :)

Hi Megan, First chance I have had to check back on this forum.
    So, here goes…
I am running version 4.08 of 1PW and here is a screenshot of what I see when I open the secure notes in the main app, using the launchpad button on the F4 key.
    Appreciate any help.

    Megan,
Incidentally, the screen shot may not show in this forum. I could also send it to an email address if you like.

    Hi @gglaze8,

You're right, I'm not seeing the screenshot. If you use a service like Dropbox or Droplr, you could store the image there and link back to it here, or you are of course welcome to send it to us via email as well: support+forum@ agilebits .com. Please include a link to this discussion in your email so that it's easier for us to connect the dots. :)

(Also, if you do want to respond to me here, please include an "@" before my name - then I'll get a notification that you have responded and you won't have to wait so long for my reply - you have my apologies for the wait!)

Hi Megan, Sorry for the delay. Busy these days. I don't understand what you mean by including an @ sign before your name. Thanks for explaining again. Sorry...I will send the email to the above address with the screen shot attached, inlcuding a link to this discussion and attach the screenshot. Incidentally, I have upgraded to OS Mavericks on this imac and still no secure notes. Just FYI.

    Hi, @gglaze8.

We did receive your email with the screenshot image -- thanks!

Megan meant to put the '@' character before her forum username, like this; @Megan

Like we've put it before your gglaze8 username so it would be @gglaze8 :)
