Attachments opened in 1PW4 remain accessible after closing 1PW

When I open a pdf attachment (successfully automatically imported from PW v3) that is stored in a note, the attachment remains readable in Preview (mac's pdf reader) after I close 1PW. The pdf document is accessible in a subfolder under com.agilebits.Attachments and can be (fully readable) retrieved by just going to recently opened items in Preview.
This is quite disturbing, I assumed attachments would be automatically stored in an encrypted fashion. When opening or closing the pdf in 1PW I did not receive any warning about this. Should I change a setting somewhere or is there something else going on?

Thanks JasperP, good to see this had been noticed already, I hope a further solution will be developed soon.

The release notes for the 4.1.BETA-2 include:

Unencrypted attachment cache is now cleared when 1Password app is closed.

Edit: I'm assuming that will solve the problem mentioned.
