Two Instances of 1Password mini in system tray

After the update of 1 password 4 I have two instance of 1password mini in system tray. One to this show mw the original vault within the right access data the other show me only the access data captured after the update. If I ask to open tha APP from the setting menu of of 1password mini of both instance the drive me to the same APP that show me only the access data captured after the update.
Whats append? How can I resolve?
