1P mini doesn't recognize Safari extension

I just installed 1 Password 4 for Mac website version/beta (switched from Mac App Store version) and 1P mini doesn't recognize my Safari extension. I tried reinstalling the extension and the menu bar app still shows "install Safari extension". The extension works in the browser but the menu bar says I don't have it installed when I try to click on it to use it.

    Along the same lines, Alfred now no longer shows the 1Password logo for 1Password bookmarks even though I enabled 3rd part integration. I may try a clean reinstall after removing the app with appdelete.
