I had to rebuild my mac, and when I go to redownload the 1password software it wants to charge me again

    Hey @sigsta, there shouldn't be any need to pay again.

    If you purchased from the Mac App Store:

    • Be sure that you're logged in with the same Apple ID that you made the purchase from.

    • Go to the Mac App Store and click on the Purchases tab.

    • Look for 1Password, and click the Install button.

    • 1Password should be ready to use, and not ask for any license, etc. since it's from the Mac App Store.

    If you purchased from the AgileBits web store:

    • Download 1Password from the AgileBits website.
    • Move 1Password to the applications folder, then open 1Password and follow any startup instructions.

    • You'll now need to enter your license. In the menu bar, go to 1Password > License... and click Add License... where you will be asked to select your license file.

      If you don't have your license file, you can have it re-sent.

    • 1Password should be ready to go!
