Problems, problems - please help

1) I've ended up buying this twice as my first purchase from the app store was a trial? Is this correct? i seemed to pay full price at the time.
2) I re-purchased from the website but am unable to open the downloaded licence as my mac cannot find a suitable application - can someone please advise?
3) I've lost my little 1password icon from my Chrome toolbar - how do I get it back (my friend configured my initial purchase for me)?

    1) The trial for 1Password is downloaded from the AgileBits website (there are no trials available from the Mac App Store). Where are your two purchases from? One from the Mac App Store, and one from the web AgileBits store?

    2) Try opening the main 1Password app and use the 1Password > License... menu option, click the Add License button and select your license file.

    3) Download 1Password Browser Extensions

    Yes bought the first from the app store but got a message that it was a trial and directed to the agilebits website where I bought another license. Got my toolbar icon back now thanks

    Hey @mike311, the Mac App Store version is really the same app, definitely not a trial. That is very strange that you received a message like that.

    I'm assuming that you're looking to get a refund for one. You'll need to decide which version you'd like to keep (though they're practically identical), and which one you want a refund for.

    If you'd like to try to get a refund for the Mac App Store version:

    Only Apple can issue a refund, so you'll need to contact them to request it.

    If you'd like to try to get a refund for the AgileBits store version:

    Send an email to AgileBits support (support+sales@agilebits.com) and request a refund from them.
